I initially hired her as a dietary aide. She has been growing in that position for almost two years now.

In the year that I personally had the pleasure to work with Penny, she was a valuable asset to our kitchen team. Her positive outlook and eagerness to help was appreciated. She was also happy to help anybody who came to us with requests. If she noticed something that seemed wrong or had a question, she was quick to ask somebody and find the solution.

The majority of her position was washing the many dishes that were used every day. I know Penny Jean Lapsley maiden name Dagnon from my job as a High School custodian in Moses Lake. She worked with me during the summers of her high school years. I was a full time High School custodian in Moses Lake from 1986-1992. Penny worked through a job experience program with PIC.

Penny would be a good asset to your custodial staff. She is cheerful and willing to assist with any task given. In addition she was motivated and interested in learning.

Penny was involved with all the cleaning in the summer. This included stripping and waxing the tile floors,shampooing carpets,washing walls and furniture. She also helped the custodial team in the Garden Heights elementary one summer. I understand she has years experience in the housekeeping area also.
