As Harris Services continues to grow, we are looking for ways to improve operations and production in a safe environment for our employees and in doing so we have decided on appointing Max Medlock to this new position as Operations Manager.

Operations Manager is to oversee the day to day operations with the highest level of expectations set forth by Harris Services.

To provide leadership throughout the organization.

Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.

Help promote a company culture that will encourage top performance and high moral while holding accountability with its employees.

Holds new and current employee’s orientation and ongoing training.

Holds yearly reviews with each employee.

Has an open-door policy.
