Experience 07/19-present Allied Universal Security- Midwest Warehouse/Ryder -The position involved walking, regular standing,, hearing, and talking to employees after or before checking bags upon leaving building or using wand for search for alcohol taken from warehouse. This job consisted of extended period of sitting for the 8-12 hours shift. I had to have the ability to sustain long periods of time enclosed surveillance areas watching cameras the extend period of my shift. I had to have effective writing and verbal skills to do a daily report activity form, incident and complaint forms. The verbal were also used in speaking with management and employee. (Most of employees working for MWW/Ryder spoken Spanish) I used an interpreter device I purchased in order to communicate effective. I had the ability to interpreted instructional document such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. I prepared prompt and complete report relative to all incidents, accident investigation or other activities as assigned by manager. I had to have knowledge of and maintain strict compliance with the law and company policies. My primary respo0nsibity was to deter theft, communicate suspicious activity to the manager. Maintain a safe business environment and provide strong customer service. This position required basic knowledge of computer and software related to the security job. Our post will take us to place as such: airports, corporate companies, health care center, distributions/industrial faculties and govern-ment agency. My job was to protect the people, property and information at the site. I served as a deterrent to minimize the loss of assets thru theft and property loss. When building was closed I had to record to another system/manually. I had to inspect the trailer going out of gate to verify if seal was in agreement with papers shown and I had to inspected empty trailer before leaving gate. I had instructed the driver on where to go load /unload trailer. 08/17-12/17 Lyft Driver-is a ride –hauling service/ ridesharing/ taxi cab 08/16-12/16 Uber Driver –is a ride –hauling service /ridesharing/taxi cab 03/16- 01/20 New Life Old Bag-United in Faith Lutheran Church-we collaboration of folks of all ages and abilities making sleeping mats for the homeless out of used plastic bags. If a new group comes into such as teenagers to volunteer I instruct them on how, what and why we do the mats and give our time. We have over 1000 members After volunteer there every month, I started the project at my church, where we made mats for the homeless.
03/14-01/16 Mather’s Café for seniors- I was an instructor on making Jewelry- Working Angeles- The jewelry class is hand on program help seniors learn how to create jewelry project that they can wear, sell or just make a gift.
01/15 -12/20 I volunteer/work Free Greek-(computer) I worked by learner how to tear and rebuild computers. I worked the receptionist desk when Mike was business by receiving donations of computer and other electronics. We would separate the parts for distributions to places in the organization. 02/09-04/09 U.S. Census Bureau- Census Field Manager- I was responsible for accomplishing production and quality goals in field operation under their span of control. I conducted individual and group training sessions for census personnel as necessary. –I taught 25 employees for census and was a manger (crew team leader) –I had to have meeting every morning to keep the, abreast of new input on system /I had to go around to check the area they were canvassing for correct address for 2010 census/ input time for payroll/ did reports every week on employee/ attend meetings once or twice a week to come back for meeting with employee on feedback. I taught and used the enumerators that were engaged in data collections. Performed field enumeration activities in and around respective neigh hoods .Coordinated, supervises and oversees the work of clerks in specific functional area.

Call other agency for information and other duties agency requested. Answers question of clients by phone or visiting the office. Request documentation for customer refinancing or lost policy. Took information over to other offices or agency. Call headquarters for agency for information, request credit or driving record. Call client to get information and given information.
03/05-present Volunteer/work Museum of Science and Industries-Chicago, Illinois- I helped in serval place for the snoozeum (sleep over) each month of the year. I worked by setup areas for each group sleeping for family, large Boys Scouts and the big group from Kentucky (10-20 Bus), coming to total of 1200-3000 visitors. Making sure the paper work was correct order, I would work the Will call desk and then to registration desk, giving direction where to go sleep and the events for the night. I volunteer and was on the committee as liaison between Museum and Volunteers. I work with the visitors –welcoming them to the museum. I answers questions and give directions or suggestions as to what they like to visit/see. I help with all kind of project at the museum. I input data and decode input to system. Conduct survey in the Rotunda or near exhibit. I did orientation for the new volunteers coming into the service. Setting a higher standard, the museum the volunteers for our clientele’s specific industries and business practices. It’s was all part of our commitment to providing our service to the visitors with a positive experience with every visit or call. If we didn’t know the answer right then and there we search/call for the correct answer. Volunteers/I were provide value for the museum and offer solutions to all visitors, so to take the pressure of the employee worked in the background to established the projects and keep the museum working. As A volunteer I was to help the clientele enjoy the entire museum. Customer care, retention was given for satisfaction.
