Leader of all operations to a staff of 145, including $9.5M in total revenue and $6.9M in food and beverage revenue
Directed first phase ($10M) of a renovation of meeting space and infrastructure. Including new state-of-the-art A/V equipment, green technology, HVAC additions, and a 105-seat restaurant featuring a tapas-style casual environment
Resurrected a dwindling membership with recruitment of over 1,600 members and reduced average age of membership from 71.2 to 56.1 in 4 years with promotional programs, new family-oriented events, improvements in service and food quality

Successfully coordinated the development and construction of a second Championship Golf Course (Rees Jones design) with a 10,000 sq. ft. golf clubhouse, 8 additional Rubico tennis courts, a 1,200 sq. ft. tennis clubhouse, a second Jr. Olympic pool with dive well and separate pool house
Coordinated all Press, Player and Member clubhouse activities for the annual Bruno’s Memorial Classic, a Senior PGA tour event
