Antiterrorism Training Team (ATTT)
Demonstrating superior performance, expertly trained 567 watch standers during 42 live fire small arms and crew-served weapons exercises. As fire arms training system operator, ensured weapons sustainment for 133 Sailors. Additionally, as Antiterrorism Training Team member, assisted in training 266 watch standers through execution of coordinated security drill packages, OC sprays, and weapons familiarizations, resulting in 95% ATFP readiness.
Damage Control Training Team (DCTT)
Overseeing every aspect of Damage Control training, he successfully planned and executed over 100 intense and realistic Damage Control and integrated training scenarios. He trained 28 DCTT members, 7 duty Fire Marshalls and 288 ship's crew personnel in Damage Control readiness.
Hazardous Waste Manager
Hazardous Material Waste supervisor, safely inspected, stored and transported over 200 containers of hazardous waste with zero mishaps. This resulted in decreased hazardous waste disposal and saved the command more than $10,000 in associated costs. Dramatically improve the program and increase compliance with proper disposal procedures, contributing to the 100% passing rate.
Departmental Career Counselor
Provided monthly career counseling training to 25 divisional counselors, career development workshops to 26 first term Sailors, career development training to 9 CPOs, and one quarterly CDT brief, improving career information throughout the command. Direct efforts towards sailorization resulted in achieving a CIPR score of 93% during the ISIC inspection.
Work Center Supervisor
Work Center Supervisor for all three maintenance shops and 108 pieces of CESE. Devoted over 200 hours organizing and planning strategies for watch bills and work schedules for a 25 person duty section. Scheduled over 2,000 PM checks with a 95% shop readiness rate and 100% accountability of 3-M.
USMAP Program Coordinator
Expertly managed administrative and personnel processes resulting in the completion of over 1,000 correspondence items, 50 Fitness and Evaluation reports, 40 awards and 20 directives while filling a gapped billet as Admin LCPO for three months. He guided six Sailors in the completion of three EAWS qualifications, two USMAP certifications and through an ISIC-led command assist visit receiving scores of "on-track" for 14 of 14 administrative programs examined.
