- Supervised a group of six procedure writers during the rewrite and adjustment of a nuclear station’s flood related procedures. In addition, coordinated a team of offsite and onsite personnel to review and evaluate station nonconformance reports for adequate closure.

- Designed, developed and delivered a 17 week Nuclear Power Plant Configuration Management program for the South Korea Power Industry.

- Designed, developed and delivered Nuclear Safety Culture (NSC) training to all levels of employees in both the main office and regional offices.

- Planed, conducted, and lead internal audits of Nuclear Power Technologies (NPT), Fossil Power Technologies (FPT), Power Distribution Systems (PDS), and external audits of vendors.

- Coordinate and assign personnel for the presentation of New Employee Orientation
