Case load consisted of 6-8 patients a day with time frames from 45-90 minutes for each patient. Responsible for writing all patients daily and weekly progress notes. Incorporated creative therapy ideas for patients with various diagnoses, such as: CVA, Orthopedic (Back, Neck, Hip, and Knee), Amputations, Cardio Infarction, and debilitating diseases while adhering to standard, droplet, and airborne precautions. Administering tests; vital signs, manual muscle testing, dynamometer, cognitive, and safety. Handled family consultations, patient education, and home exercise programs.
