ARLINGTON ISD EDUCATION FOUNDATION – Arlington, TX 2022-Present Interim Executive Director
Directs and strategizes the overall management, fundraising, creation and implementation of projects and programs of the Foundation that have a direct impact on the Arlington ISD. Promotes active participation by volunteer leaders, serves as the organization’s spokesperson, and develops and maintains sound financial practices that lead to fulfillment of fundraising goals. Supports a Board of Directors of 25 community leaders, who are subject matter experts across multiple industries. NATIONAL MEDAL OF HONOR MUSEUM FOUNDATION – Arlington, TX 2020-2022 Vice-President of Operations
Advanced the short- and long-term goals of the $180M museum in concert with senior leaders and the Board of Directors. Designed and led the execution of strategic plans and construction concepts to make sure that the foundation’s vision was fully realized. Managed the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires offering professional guidance as needed that unified team efforts. Built strong partnerships with corporations, community groups, and stakeholders to maintain institutional giving that funds the foundation’s opportunities. Collaborated with peers and staff on improvements to operations that guaranteed the museum was as engaging, educational, and accessible as possible while advancing the foundation’s brand. Managed the budget to verify that funds were properly prioritized to museum needs.
Key Achievements:
Led the Museum Foundation Staff through the process of competitive selection of the Architect through groundbreaking.
Developed all HR, procurement, legal, finance, and IT related policies and processes, including the creating of a comprehensive employee benefits plan, employee handbook, and all foundation construction and collections insurance policies.
Launched the Arlington-based museum foundation as well as the associated administrative offices. NEELEY SCHOOL OF BUSINESS, TEXAS CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY – Fort Worth, TX 2015-2020 Director, TCU Neeley Executive Education (Tandy Center for Executive Leadership) Spearheaded the development, creation, and establishment of specialized certificate and custom programs. Led the school’s marketing that identified ways to increased brand visibility and launched campaigns which raised public awareness for increased enrollment. Forged regional and global partnerships to expand the opportunities available to all program participants. Managed the use of an $800K annual budget to ensure that spending was allocated to appropriate resources for the program’s success. Worked alongside executive leaders and university faculty to make sure that the contributions of the program addressed the current needs of executive so graduates were prepared for real-world scenarios.

Launched the University’s first Leader Development Series for Department Chairs and Senior Administrators.
Coordinated the university-wide change management efforts during the school’s launch of PeopleSoft (Oracle). Senior Human Resources Information Systems Analyst Collected and interpretated large data caches of HRIS metrics to identify organizational trends, measure the impact of HR services, and find potential growth opportunities in HR procedures among a campus of 35,000 students and 8,000+ faculty and staff. Assessed faculty and staff development plans to gauge their feasibility and updated performance management strategies as needed. US ARMY – SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Assistant Professor of Military Science (Chief of Staff) Responsible for the curriculum development and instruction of all freshman Army ROTC cadets; supervise unit operations to include training, security clearances, human resource actions, campus recruiting, supply and logistics, and higher education/university relations. Serve as Departmental Chief of Staff.
Chief Human Resources Operations and Training Officer Responsible for the planning and coordination of human resource unit training requirements and current and future human resource operations throughout the southern two-thirds of Iraq; supervised unit intelligence operations to include security clearances, review and storage of classified information. Provided oversight for unit signal operations to include digital, network, and voice communications.
Company Commander (Managing Director)
Commander for a Personnel Services unit providing human resource support to the 30,000 Soldiers assigned to the First Cavalry Division and Multi-National Division Baghdad. Managed Personnel Accountability/Strength Reporting systems, performance evaluations, customer service, promotions, actions, and records. Ensured soldiers and families are prepared and trained for deployment.
Brigade Personnel Officer/Adjutant (HR Manager)
Responsible for all administrative and human resources support to the 1st Cavalry Division’s 2,000 Soldier Combat Aviation Brigade, to include personnel actions, customer service, Soldier pay management, records updates, postal operations, awards, and performance evaluations. Served as the Brigade Public Affairs Representative, responsible for all media coverage of all Army aviation related military operations in the Greater Baghdad Area of Operations.
