Professional Experience
From December 2016 to June 2022 worked as a Senior Store keeper with M/s. Arabian Construction Co. Abu Dhabi & Dubai.
From August 2010 to September 2016 worked as a Warehouse In-Charge with M/s. Commodore Steel Industries Abu Dhabi.
From July 2003 to June 2010 worked as a Senior Material Controller with M/s. Pivot Engineering and General Contracting Co. Abu Dhabi.
From November 1994 to June 2003 worked as a Store keeper & Payroll Clerk with M/s. Al Rasheed Gen. Contracting Est. Abu Dhabi.
Major Assignment
Maintain records, analyze data to monitor incoming and outgoing stocks and oversee the storage of surplus inventory.
Manage Stocks according to changing needs.
Receiving and inspecting all incoming stocks and reconciling them with purchase orders processing distributing documenting and tracking damages and discrepancies on order received.
To raise material requisition and receive material as per LPO.
Physical verification of material with documents.
Arrangements for proper storing of valuable materials.
Coordinate with subcontractors in order to deliver them the material approved in each Request for Material and report on daily basis on the exact quantities available in the stock.
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers for prompt delivery of material.
Maintain records of assets, scaffolding and equipment.
Prepare Monthly Diesel Report & PPE Reports
Maintain complete data of inventory and prepare report for Accounts Department.
Prepare Store Receipt Voucher & Store Issued Voucher and maintain Stock Record.
Prepare Monthly Inventory Status Report and Material Control Sheet
Supervise all type of Logistic activities and prepare documents.
Handle the petty cash for petty expenses and maintain the petty cash account. Other Assignment
Responsible for purchasing of material for building construction.
Prepare LPOs and coordinate with various departments, sites and suppliers.
Receiving quotations and prepare comparison statements.
Maintaining subsidiary Books & Ledger.
Prepare monthly payroll of around 800 employees.
Distributing Salary and keeping the relevant records of monthly salary.
Supervise all type of Logistic activities.
