Since working with TTEC I have worked in 3 lines of business. The 1st line of business was OPTUMRX mail order service. With this position I answered the phones and assisted members with getting their medications ordered and mailed to them directly. Worked with appeals, supported the members to help find medication when it had been shipped and not received. The 2nd line of business was South Carolina COVID vaccinations. Members would call in to see if they could get scheduled for a Covid 19 shot that was sponsored by the State to make sure everyone that was rolled out was eligible and able to get the shots. Took phone calls and found the counties and looked for them a location to be able to get their shot taken care of. The 3rd line of business is UHC Dental, taking phone calls from Provider offices, members, and other representatives within the company.Helping with claims, finding providers within the network. Also did a new hire training class for 11 weeks . Helped to get 45 new trainees trained for this line of business and ready to go into production.
OCT 2019-MARCH 2020 DOCTORS WEIGHT CONTROL: Tech
Dr. Robert Bartemus was a nutritionist and also prescribed medication for assisting to lose weight. I would answer incoming calls for appointments, chart codes to the patient's file as well as put information into the computer for state regulations. When a patient came in the office I would take blood pressure, weigh the patient, go over all the different programs we had to help with them losing weight. I would fill prescriptions in the office as well as give the patient a shot with vitamins and fat burning in them for energy. Sell the program to the patient and watch them succeed in their weightloss..
