- SAP system deployment project to replace CRM, Material, Production and Billing customized systems. SAP PM and MM modules in shop floor department at GE Aviation for over 1,000 employees at that year. Full project’s management as planning, documentation, risks, deadlines, and improvements.

- Definition of project scope and objectives developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless project’s executions to ensure that all project's phases were delivered on-time, within scope, -continually developing leadership skills.

- Manage the relationship with users promoting weekly meetings to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project phase.

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs as well perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- SAP improvements and changes: after reviewing all production’s business process, I was responsible for rewriting new processes to be added to the system according to needs in engine repair shop floor and it was approved by GE Global SAP Team. All processes were included in all GE Global apps.

- Development of call center system to support all almost 2,000 users at GE Aviation. Requirements, project scope and development were my responsibility. This Call Center system was used also at GE Cincinnati and GE Charlotte.

- Management and monitoring the troubleshoot team/call center: Responsible for solving incidents, working in a global team 24x7 that had to troubleshoot for GE sites in Brazil, Cincinnati and Charlotte, looking for short SLAs in critical departments, production stream, that needed immediately Pág 2 de 8

solutions. All incidents were registered in a global site, in English and Portuguese languages, including error message, cause, solution, and print screens. The incident was registered in the database using keywords and hyperlinks that helped to search the same problems on next times. Responsible for training and the goal to identify employees in shop floor area with the skill for the call center team. The team increased from 6 to 20 employees to support other new foreign sites of GE. Responsible for writing the technical documentation and “How to Do” documentation for users, for both languages, English and Portuguese.

Assignments:

ZEISS is an internationally leading technology enterprise operating in the fields of optics and optoelectronics. In 2018 fiscal year, the ZEISS Group generated annual revenue totaling more than 5.8 billion euros in its four segments Industrial Quality & Research, Medical Technology, Consumer Markets and Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology. With approximately 30,000 employees, ZEISS Headquartered in Germany is active globally in almost 50 countries with around 60 of its own sales and service companies, more than 30 production sites and around 25 development sites.

- Responsible for writing the requirements, functional and technical specifications as well the development, deployment, change requests, and test cases for all laboratories in Brazil. E-invoicing project was deployed in all 11 Carl Zeiss sites. Project developed in ERP MFG/PRO QAD.

- Responsible for daily data update through triggers over night to conciliate and update all 11 Carl Zeiss sites' information as inventory, sales, and pricing.

- Responsible for Latin America system updates in Colombia, Venezuela, Chile e Argentina. ERP system version used on those sites were deployed from Brazil main system version and i was responsible for the deployment and test cases.

- Team leader and management the troubleshoot team in Brazil and Latin America handling incidents, system errors or emergency requests after hours and weekends, being available remotely when was needed. Responsible for system's issues results, looking for managing the team, contacting users, and considering SLA to ensure company's needs. All steps were registered to keep the history of decisions and actions.

- SalesForce system deployment for around 10.000 customers in Brazil and 22 ophthalmic labs in the world as well integration with global Carl Zeiss site in Germany and Chile.

DBTRANS S/A – Senior Business Analyst – 2010 to 2011 (Brazil) Assignments:

DBTRANS is part of the US group FLEETCOR Technologies, the global leader in business payment solutions that simplifies the way companies manage and pay their expenses. FLEETCOR serves companies, partners and merchants in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific. DBTRANS in Brazil provides two main products that are electronic toll payment and electronic freight payment.

The organization needed a web solution to control and share internal information to more than 700 employees over 3 Brazil's sites.

- Responsible for identifying, defining, designing and writing the best solution and features to develop a Portal Business Intelligence integrated with Call Center System and Intranet. Functional and technical documentation, design and diagrams using UM. Meeting with key users and corporation board were conducted by me to present the solution, project phases and requirements.

- Training sessions for key users to get them ready to teach all company users and new employees.

- Business process analysis, requirements, technical and functional documentation using UML tools. Project design and development using SharePoint Development Platform.

- Call Center system was available 24x7 over all Brazil. After Call Center project deployment users were able to call directly to 0800 Free number to solve tag's issues, billing requests and any kind of request.

Microsoft/Partner Allen Technology– Project Manager/Business Analyst – 2008 to 2010

Assignments:

Microsoft developed a customized BI system to support capital cities in Brazil in public sector, all Tax Return processes and obligations. The BI Portal was deployed at three States, Tax Return Public departments.

- Coordinate internal resources for project’s executions and system's development: development team, test cases team, deployment team, and customer service/call center team after deployment. As well responsible for new hiring, project budget, travel costs and other expenses, schedule, trainings and any other project's needs

- Definition of project scope and objectives considering budget and deadlines as well management of change requests and costs.

- Business process analysis, requirements, technical and functional documentation using UML tools. Project design and development using SharePoint Architecture and SharePoint Development Platform.

Based on the project's success, the same capital cities asked for a new module to control and manage Educational indexes in all cities by State, each city could control quality, State and City's rankings, and improvements for each school.

Sonda IT – Project Manager/ Business Analyst – 2006 – 2008 (Brazil) Assignments:

At Petropolis Town Hall, Rio de Janeiro, the City decided to implement electronically the Service tax collection. Petropolis had an estimated population of 450,000 at that year.

- Responsible for the project managing the internal IT team including development team, test case team, deployment team, key users training team.

- Responsible for business process analysis, requirements, functional and technical documentation. The project was announced at TVs, magazines, newspapers as well in the City's Oficial Publishment.

- Project's presentations at many companies in the City, and Public Departments, as well for the Petropolis' Mayor and councilors.

- Responsible for the first Service Tax Call Center in the City. After training sections, some public employees became dedicated to Call center functions to support all requests to the entire city's population as Service Tax registrations, discount plans, past due taxes, online services, negative certification records, and any other possible doubts. CCS Sistemas – Senior Business Analyst – 2004 to 2005 (Brazil)

- Responsible for business process analysis in projects and system developments that CCS was running at that period.

BR Petrobras – Senior Business Analyst/System Developer – 2003 to 2004 (Brazil) Petrobras is a semi-public Brazilian multinational corporation in the petroleum industry headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. BR Distribuidora is part of Petrobras group and is the largest Brazilian company in the wholesale sector, the largest in the commerce sector and the largest private company in the country in operating revenue.

Apia developed all system applications and modules used at GE Aviation as Engine Airplane Database, Material, Accounting, Payables, Shop Floor, Import and Export Customs processes, Costs, and Taxes.

LNCC is the National Laboratory of Scientific Computing, part of Brazil’s Government Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communications. - My contribution was being part of a group of interdisciplinary researchers that includes biologists, computer scientists and mathematicians interested in developing statistical and computational methods to be applied in the fields of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology.

- Responsible for the projects databases, dynamic queries, data extraction, and data update were done through data import triggers. All information was very confidential, database triggers were constantly executed to keep the scientists updated. NV Consultoria – System Developer – 1997 (Brazil)
