2021-2022: Was transferred to manage the struggling Udaipur District team, historically the bottom producer in Rajasthan. Within 13 months, led my team to 73% revenue growth, highest in state of Rajasthan.
April 2021 to March 2022: Led team to productivity growth of 229%;
Led my sales team to unprecedented sales growth of Airtel Payment Bank (like Paypal) in March 2022, Starting with an average sales of 1.6 sales per team member at the beginning of the month and ending the month with an average of 23.4 sales per team member, an unprecedented productivity growth of 1500%.
February 2022, won Shoorveer 3.0 award for highest growth in the state of Rajasthan comprised of 33 sales districts.
Last six months my team ranked top in sales of all six sales zones, comprised of 33 districts.
Highest growth in Q3 and Q4 of 2021, at 80% growth.
August 2021: Led team to be the first team ever to achieve 100% sales targets for every team member in my district in sales of Direct to Home Cable Connections.
Led my team to be top sales performers for 18 days of a 72-day sales push for the entire state of Rajasthan.
2021: Star War Q2 sales contest winner. Contest of Airtel employees over the entire country of India to reactivate and sell new products to dormant/ex-customers.

2013: Company roll-out of new sales strategy. My team was the only one in 140 sales teams to successfully transition with no loss in sales revenue;

2008: Appointed to Jalore District where Airtel was struggling with only 21% market share. In the three months following my appointment, the Jalore District was at the top, with 300% growth in market share and won a personal award as top salesperson in the district.
Management Information Systems (MIS) Data
I began my career with Airtel as an MIS Data Analyst responsible for obtaining raw customer call data from cell-towers to analyze customer usage patterns and produce statistical comparisons. My analysis created focused sales targets to increase existing customer use, expand customer base in established territories and target competitor markets to increase market share. This experience laid a strong foundation for a technical / statistical / behavioral understanding of the telecommunications market, territories, and customer characteristics that helped me obtain personal and leadership sales success in the following years.
