Assistant Property Manager Reserves Apartments - Columbia, SC

Supervises 9 subordinate, instructing maintenance staff and answers questions on Section 8 Family and Section 202-8 Multi-Family properties from prospective customers.

Serves as Property Manager for reviewing new residents documents prior to move-in and orient new residents on HUD’s Certification/Recertification process.

Monitors renewals distribute and follow-up on renewal notices and adhere to HUD’s Enterprise Income Verification System (EIV) to ensure accuracy.

Ensures all proper and legal documents are received, current, accurately verified and entered into the computer from new work orders, prior to payment being processed.
