I began my employment with The Time Group/WPM Real Estate Management as a Lead Paint Auditor (Intern), in 2008. Immediately afterwards, I obtained a full-time position as a Property Accountant/Accounts Receivable Specialist. As a Property Accountant I was responsible for processing rental payments, filing court notices (Failure to pay rent and warrants of restitution), preparing notice to vacate letters, charging resident’s account for rent, utilities, etc., attending court hearings for non-payment of rent, and entering resident’s info in the database as they moved in and out of units. For at least 10 years of my employment, I was the administrative assistant for the Chief Financial Officer of the company where I provide support to her and the entire accounting department. My present duties consist of scheduling meetings, basic bookkeeping, data entry, reconciling bank accounts, invoice coding, billing, receiving, and processing ground rents, processing monthly financial info for our third-party apartment owners, making phone calls to our affiliates regarding accounts receivable & accounts payables, manage, order, and stock the office supplies for our entire corporate office.
