Human Resource Generalist/Specialist

Assists the Human Resources Department with administration of policies and procedures, and personnel issues.

Files into the individual Personnel Files, as required, all paperwork generated and/or prepared for Hourly Team Members.

Processing weekly payroll utilizing PeopleSoft and Kronos, Workday, E-time, Paycor payroll financial reports and reconcile weekly payroll for CEO, HR director, CFO, Controller, Production Manager and Plant Manager.

Recording and maintaining attendance records for non-exempt salaries, hourly and temporary employees.

Ensure I9 compliance

Assist HR Manager/HR Director in work of confidential nature including administration of all payroll transactions and other project work as directed

Track Probationary Employee Review requirements. Distribute and collect Probationary Employee Review forms from the appropriate Supervisors.

Responsible for internal notices

Responsible for the administration of applicants

Coordinate interviews

Prepare all new hire orientation folders for both hourly and salaried employees.

Responsible for office organization and administration (incl. Handing out the post)

Keeps an eye on salary increase dates and trail period

Coordinates meeting and ensures that meeting rooms are supplies with drinks etc.

Organizes and coordinates office supplies and internal HR parties

Takes care of employee circle with regard to birthday greetings, wedding, and other special occasions.
