KMEA San Diego, California

Created and prepared proposals for federal, SLED and commercial clients, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Responsibilities revolve around producing proposal management plans, devising strategies to identify and secure opportunities, delegating tasks to various departments, and processing every solicitation/request.

•Participated in or managed the production of ~125 RFP responses as well as data calls from team members

•Redesigned outdated templates, resumes and project descriptions for a cleaner, more modern look

•Created 3 separate, but coordinating, styles for branding 3 business entities/joint ventures (JV) under the KMEA umbrella

•Materials included logos; graphics, resumes, proposal templates, SF330 Forms, as well as custom graphics per as needed

•Interviewed employees and JV affiliates to aid in the development and redesign of resumes—to include both commercial and SF330 styles

•Managed the copy editing and style review and update of the new KMEA website

•Increased traffic to KMEA’s LinkedIn page by 400% since November 2020 via publishing articles, infographics, as well as sharing news, events stories
