DCFS is working to keep children safe, helping individuals and families become self-sufficient, and providing safe refuge during disasters.
Description of Project:
•The Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), Fraud and Recovery Unit (FRU) in an effort to protect recipients’ personal information, needs to have the recipient’s social security number (SSN) disguised on the majority of the correspondence generated from the Recovery Account System (RAS).
OTS will make changes to RAS on outgoing correspondence that will disguise the SSN using a combination of letters and numbers.
•The Fraud and Recovery Unit (FRU) needs the current letter head updated to reflect FRU is no longer under Program Integrity.
Roles and responsibilities in the project:
•Currently handling RAS, SIEVS, TIPS and LASES application for DCFS.
•Collaborate with team members to develop timelines, sprints and tasks to complete for upcoming projects.

Client Description:
Sunoco, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and marketer of petroleum and petrochemical products. As one of the largest independent refiner- marketers in the United States, Sunoco operates refineries, markets gasoline and manufactures approximately five million tons annually of high quality metallurgical- grade coke for use in the steel industry.
Description of Project:
•SUNOCO AMS project is mainly the outsourced project that is being handled by IBM. The team size for this project is around 60 including the managers and project leads. The project is being executed from three different locations Philadelphia, Pune and Bangalore.
•Teams are divided based upon the technologies and applications. Worked on technologies which include Mainframe, Microsoft (.net, VB), BI (Business Intelligence) and DB part. There are overall around 800 applications in it.
Roles and responsibilities in the project:
•Worked on enhancements, incidents and production issues designed in COBOL/DB2,NATURAL/DB2,NATURAL/ADABAS, COBOL/IMS, NATURAL/IMS,JCL, FOCUS, SAS, EASYTRIEVE and VSAM related mainframe applications.
•Worked extensively on 24*7 Production Support. This involved office and after office production issues that require immediate fix in the mentioned application areas.
•Responsible for coordinating with third party vendor teams like ENSONO, DTN, FDC and EasyLink to debug the transmission issues within and from mainframe batch jobs.

Description of Project:
The network expansion program is an enhancement of the existing partner bank strategy where JPMC purchases a white labeled sub-account structure from a partner bank that will allow customers to perform domestic cash management from a JP Morgan London account.
Managing and controlling the transaction flow between JPMC and a local bank will be performed through Nostro-Vostro and associated sub-accounts (JPMC RE: Account). Our clients will be shielded from the activities between JPMorgan and the in-sourcing local bank provider; in effect, reflecting all activity as domestic, despite our clients technically holding accounts with JPMC London. This initiative creates an in-country local bank capability without JPMorgan physical banking presence or banking license In-Country.
