Company dedicated to the maintenance of plants and offices, with American license for the cleaning of clinics and hospitals. I was responsible for the maintenance of the Clinica El Avila (Caracas) direct supervision of 50 housekeeping workers and 24 technicians for the maintenance of hospitalization rooms, equipment air conditioning, beds, etc. This company presented monthly report to its license (Servicemaster USA). These reports were revised and evaluated for a Servicemaster Director and at the same time presented to the Clinica El Avila board of directors. In this period I was also Manager of contract in the Clinica Metropolitana in Caracas until December 2004.

- Under my supervision a new Marketing Manager was hired.

- We wrote the procedure (a complete manual) on how to clean this Clinica, floor by floor, with what cleaning products, how many people and how much time each of the cleaning activities should be done.

- Through absorption process, all the staff that was under the clinica payroll passed to be of our own, under our own payroll.
