●As a Machine Shop Task Force member, completed re-organization of the Stamping dept. machine shop, instituted a Kanban system for all disposable tooling, and designed/ built modular locking parallel system for milling machines improving accuracy while reducing set-up time.

Promoted Quality Circle activity to include several Production groups from initially 2 Skilled Trades groups in Stamping Department and have expanded this to include groups in Die Manufacturing Dept.

●Included individuals with ideas or concepts from different areas in the Quality Circle I led to complete themes. After completion I mentored them as they started their own Quality Circle.

●Toyota annually budgets approximately 5% overall cost reduction based on Team Member input through Kaizen and Quality Circle activity. I have participated, promoted, facilitated, and witnessed this in action and can attest to its functionality.
