Oversaw a case management of 45-50 clients per month to serve the elderly and disabled population of New Canaan. Sought out potential clients, added them to the client base, maintained records, performed monthly visitations and crisis intervention. Completed monthly invoicing for self-pay clients. Conducted public outreach to local organizations to educate the community about our programs. Maintained a volunteer base of 250 people who were responsible for distributing the meals to the clients. Made regular presentations to the Board and volunteer organizations.

COMMUNITY AFFILIATIONS

From 1997 to 2020, I was actively involved with the Congregational Church of New Canaan and most recently completed serving a three-year term as a Deacon. Additionally, I completed 50 hours of training to receive my Stephens Minister certification. I have also sat on two Congregational Church boards which were the Children and Family Ministry Board and the Middle School Board. I also served as a Sunday school and Vacation Bible Camp teacher for 15 years.
