I am currently interested in applying for the Customer Service Representative.
I am a team player, and very knowledgeable with computer applications such as a word documents, email, excel and data entry. I have over 14 years of working in call center setting, being on the phone with various types of customers; upset, pleasant, or very irate. I am currently attending Broome Community College seeking an associate in Health Information Technology. I have earned one Associates degree of Applied Science in December 2017.
In my current role at Lourdes, I am on the phone all day assisting customers with setting up appointments and referring to other specialists for children as it is a pediatrics office.
In my previous role of Achieve I had few different positions, one was a Direct support aid, that houses individuals with development disabilities in a group home setting. My role is to assist them in becoming independent whether it is providing moral support, deflecting behavioral conflicts, house cleaning chores, administering medication at timely manner. Assisting the individuals in the community. I also was an assistance residence manager which I oversee staffing and maintained schedules according to guidelines set forth by the agency. Due to conflict with a resident, I demoted myself to prevent any negative marks on work record.
In a previous employment setting, I worked in a call center for an auto/ home insurance company. My roll was assisting the customer with questions they have had regarding the auto policy. I had completed several special certifications that would allow me to make decisions on reinstating policies that may have cancelled for certain reasons such as non-payment, missing information, etc.
Sincerely
