June 2017 to Present
Currently on SSID. Looking for part time employment to supplement my earnings. I am able to perform most jobs with reasonable accommodations. I can stand in one spot for a maximum of 1 hour without movement, with movement I am able to stand 4 hours with a 15 minute break to sit down. I can sit for 4 hours with a 15 minute break to stretch. I am able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance. Work best in an environment where there is a fluidity of movement. I am very detailed and organized oriented when it comes to my work in every job I hold. Southern District Floating Manager
ESP of Missouri / Gateway Clean Air Program - St. Louis, MO May 2002 to March 2007
Started as basic employee testing vehicles on a dynamometer using IM-240 procedures to check emission exhaust. Used OBDII connections when applicable. Input vehicle data into computer, and when test was completed either placed sticker on vehicle if passed or pulled vehicle out for Lead Lane Supervisor to handle if vehicle failed. Was promoted to Lead Supervisor approximately one year into employment. At that time duties were to inspect failed vehicles for specific items related to emission leaks such as gas cap, O2 sensors, catalytic convertor etc., then explain to the owner possible reasons why the vehicle failed. When customers became upset, or if they needed waivers they were directed to management. Had to keep the flow of traffic in the cue moving to keep station time to a minimum. Assisted other employees on the lanes. After my second year of employment I was promoted to Assistant Manager. My duties in that position was to open/close the station, assist on the lanes, balance shift reports, make deposits for shift when manager was not available. Issued waivers following state regulated guidelines. Acted as customer service and complaint mediator with polite and gentle finesse. After, Six months as an Assistant Manager I was promoted to Southern District Floating Manager. In this position I was directly in charge of a crew of three by tracking daily mileage, payroll, and scheduling. Oversaw the operations of six stations by making sure they opened on time, and if they needed help due to excessive times, my crew was dispatched to that location. Was charged with knowing the alarm codes and safe combinations for all six station. If they were not online by a certain time, protocol dictated that I notified my District Manager and immediately headed to that station to ensure that it opened on time. Conducted certification classes for Lead Lane supervisors and Assistant Managers as per the specifications of the Department of Natural Resources of Missouri. Never hesitated to grab a bag from the safe and jump on a lane. or drive for someone, or manage the cue, no matter what station I was at, or what position I held.
