Oversaw field verification of equipment, location, and layout for the Design Build of a new 2000 KW state-of-the art CHP (combined heat and power) system in St. Barnabas – Newark Beth Israel Hospital facility with black start and Island mode.

Supervised existing Chimney Stack renovation.

Replaced economizer and installed control valves for new condensate tank and deaerator during boiler shut down.

St. Barnabas-Livingston & Trinitas CHP Project-Elizabeth-

Effectively conducted power shut down at Trinitas CHP Project in Elizabeth and one at St Barnabas in Livingston to install new ATS’ at both respective locations for PSEG power interconnection.

Planned and executed the installation of mechanical hot water, condenser water, steam piping, hot water piping, HSRG, Engine and equipment wiring in new boiler enclosure for St. Barnabas.

Senior Construction Superintendent, Hollister Construction Services, Parsippany, NJ 2017-2020

Supervised and collaborated with a team of up to 225 tradesmen and over 15 subcontractors. Enhanced schedule, improved worker safety, and operation continuity, by directing the mason and carpenter to build the shear wall ahead of steel and precast crane erection. Updated the Architect and Engineer daily to troubleshoot project design conflicts. Methodically rotated and divided trades safely on Exterior Work including the following installations: Electric Vaults under sidewalk, Transformers, pulling cable, exterior stud framing, insulation and dens glass, waterproofing exterior slabs, Exterior Brick, Exterior Aluminum storefront, demolition of sidewalks and sidewalks and curb replacement.

Supervised the construction and completion of the 65 million dollars Honors Living Learning Community. This was a five-story, 153,670 SF. Urban infill building, at the Newark campus of Rutgers University. The facility provides 391 beds for students. It also includes classroom and academic support spaces, 25,000 SF of ground floor retail, and a 5-story, precast concrete 74,000 SF parking garage with 330 parking spaces.

Preemptively planned work ahead and secured subcontractor commitment by a period of two weeks.

Accounted for the precise allocation of resources so that subcontractors always had sufficient material, equipment, and manpower to perform each task.

Secured all necessary permits (e.g., municipality permits, sidewalk closures and utility permits) and approvals for shop drawings.

Safely and consciously maneuvered heavy equipment and organized suitable accommodations around archaeological excavation while progressing construction project work.

Employed ingenuity and resourcefulness to adjust planning. Repurposed conventional, crawler, and stage cranes stationed at strategically designated locations and carefully directed material delivery between the limited space of the courtyard and adjacent city streets to execute construction of the dorms and garage.

Oversaw the construction and completion of a) IPIC Dobbs Ferry Cinemas valued at 12 million dollars-- including (8) Dine –in Theaters and a Restaurant between May 2016 and June 2017, and b & c) Learning Experience valued at 3 million dollars and 5 million dollar LA Fitness Center in Union, NJ in October of 2017. Additionally, supervised and developed preconstruction for d) 20-million-dollar Meridian Housing Complex including (106) 4 story apartment units wood frames above 2 story concrete Parking Garage.

These were: a) Englewood Fire House in Englewood, NJ b) Edgeboro Maintenance Building in East Brunswick, NJ (both projects were valued at $15 million combined), c) Exterior Pedestrians Stair Project and the Hanover Sewerage Authority Project, d) construction of (2) Sludge Detention Ponds in NYC Park, construction of Faber Skate Park, and the Roger Morris Park Renovation. Successfully liaised with various government agencies to execute project objectives for each project, respectively. Supervised and collaborated with a team of up to 100 tradesmen and 15 subcontractors for the Englewood Fire House and Edgeboro Maintenance Building Projects. Englewood Fire House & Edgeboro Maintenance Building-

Expedited the process for each of these projects despite previous and projected challenges to start and stay on schedule.

Instituted a hybrid de-watering and dry gravel mat system which allowed the construction of the foundation of Englewood Fire House above water level.

Accelerated interior renovation process for Edgeboro Maintenance Building by utilizing machinery to demolish interior masonry and drywall partitions.

Directed roof replacement early in the project to allow for new construction in Edgeboro Maintenance Building.

Bid and obtained new work for the company valued at 5 million dollars.

Exterior Pedestrians Stair Project & NY Park Projects-

Compensated for the steepness and inaccessibility of the site terrain of the Jersey City Pedestrians Stair Project by building temporary roads to enable pile rig and concrete truck access.
