Teacher Service, kidsTLC, customer service

I have experience with customer service working at pups and suds, and currently at kidstlc as a prtf. I've also got experience while working as a daycare teacher, and speaking to parents, and customers coming in at all three jobs sometimes at a high level of frustration.
