Sr. Executive – Domestic Tour Operation, Resort Reservation

Handling all tour operational and sales related work i.e. itinerary preparation, tour costing, hotel and transport booking. Also handling reservation and sales for company owned Camping Resort in Barkot and Guptakashi. Also handling all students group VISA related work of UK, Schengen, Africa, Russia and other countries.

Sr. Executive – Domestic and Outbound B2B Marketing and Sales

Handling B2B marketing and sales for domestic and international tour package in North India region. Promoting the business by visiting travel agencies/ tour operator’s offices in North India region. Following up with existing agents/ clients and updating them about new promotions/ products. Doing market research to find out new potential clients/ agents. Preparing daily sales and meeting report.

Manager Operation, Sales and Marketing (Profit sharing)

Product planning and promotion. Handling tours operation and sales. Handling B2B and B2C inquiries and online/ offline. Promoting majorly Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and Kerala among domestic travelers. Also handling international tour package inquiries mainly Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai and Thailand. Attending travel exhibitions, roadshows and fairs.

Sr. Tour Executive (Inbound).

Job Responsibilities: Handling groups/ FIT operation (for Australia/US market). And doing all other Inbound Tours operational related work i.e. tour costing, preparing hotel, service voucher all other travel documents. Rate negotiation with the hotelier, transporters & ticketing agent.

Tour Consultant (Inbound – FAR EAST market).

Job Responsibilities: Handling independently corporate and leisure movement of FAR EAST agent/clients. Corresponding with the foreign agents and Ad-hoc guests. Itinerary Planning and designing, costing, hotel booking. Quoting and Negotiating rates with suppliers and hoteliers with in India in various cities for Ad – hoc business. Managed sales, produced revenues, attracted clients, and repeat business. Communication with agents/customers on daily basis regarding pending bookings and issues related to their customer’s feedback. Rate uploading and allocation update on

foreign agent website. Managing the travel need of the clients, delivering expert knowledge on every travel product & destination

Tour Executive (Inbound UK Market).

Job Responsibilities: Itinerary preparation, costing & proposal to the clients/agents. Arrangement of hotels, transportations and other services. Railway & Air ticketing booking through internet or ticketing agent etc. Rate negotiation with the hotelier, transporters & ticketing agent. Issuing hotel, local agent & meal vouchers. Preparing documents, which form part of the voucher kits given to clients upon their arrival. Keeping regular touch with service providers to ensure smooth operations. Raising timely Invoices, payments to suppliers. Verifying all bills for making the payment to the Creditors.

Tour Executive (Inbound US, UK and Austrailia Market)

Job Responsibilities: Arrangement of hotels, transportations and other services. Railway & Air ticketing through ticketing agent etc. Issuing hotel, local agent & meal vouchers.Preparing documents, which form part of the voucher kits given to clients upon their arrival. Meet & greet with guests (FIT/Group).

Tour Executive (Inbound).

Job Responsibilities: Assiiting guests at airport/ hotels/ railways station on during arrival and departure. Arrangement of hotels, transportations and other services. And Railway & Air ticketing through ticketing agent etc. Issuing hotel, local agent, service & meal vouchers. & Preparing documents, which form part of the voucher kits given to clients upon their arrival. Meet & greet with guests.

COMPUTER & KEY SKILLS
