With the direction of the Director Entertainment, we are responsible for managing projects related directly to entertainment and special events, such as:

-Assist in advancing shows

- Work headliner shows or Special Events as assigned

- Coordinate passes for all venues

- Reservation specialist for all entertainment persons (performing or non performing)

-Coordination of contractual obligations (such as travel arrangements, transportation, rooming and catering requests) for headliners, bands and performers hired by entertainment

- Supervises the layout of items from headliner catering/hospitality riders Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.) Entertainment Coordinator responsible for:

- Understanding the client’s requirements and budget and planning the entertainment programs accordingly.

-Look for new ideas and suggest their inclusion in the entertainment programs.

- Work in coordination with the other entertainment crew members.

-Collect feedback from the audience or study the public polls and opinion in order to improvise the programs. take the estimate of the cost involved in setting up an entertainment event or program and share the same with the management.

Maintains the office and kitchen, café and conference rooms to exceptional standards for clients and colleagues

Attends to company kitchen/cafeteria areas, and orders and maintains stock of office supplies
