OBJECTIVE I am a South African coloured male, born 28th May 1991, Married with two kids. I read and speak the following languages Afrikaans, English, Setswana and Isizulu which makes it easier to communicate with stuff. I run a team as a construction project supervisor and oversee all aspects of the building process. I establish timetables, delegate work, determine labor and material in use as well as organize logistics and keep track of spending. I am responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope.
I also make sure that all stuff is doing quality work and not cutting any corners along the way. I am constantly on top of the cost and advice of necessary adjustments when unexpected complication arise. I am also the occupational health and safety officer for the company, I compile site specific safety files as per client requirements and do site visits to ensure that the safety measures are adhered to at all times and I do safety audits on a monthly basis and I also audit sub-contractors safety files before any work starts to ensure that they comply.
