Doubletree Hilton: SERVER/BARTENDER/BARISTA/ROOMSERVICE 9/2019 To Present: The relief of day crew for all for departments from !:00 o’clock to 5: o’clock until night crew arrives. The handling of all four departments and any customer needs with partial cooking to back up kitchen shift changes. Finishing or completing all side work of day shift, preparing the night shift and setting up for the next day. Doing all side work necessary while making sure all clients in any department are 100% satisfied with absolutely no complaints. Achieving the first employee of the month for our location for 2020 on 02/15 for the company. Being able to handle high volume in all departments sometimes in sale’s of $500 to $900 dollars in that period without leaving one guest forgotten or not taken care of…. Famous Dave's: SERVER/TRAINER/BARTENDER/MAINTENANCE 9/2017 To 12/2018: Duties included the proper handling of all guests and their orders, making all drinks as they are ordered by other servers. Teaching all new employees how and what is expected of there position, providing excellent service and making sure that everyone's needs are taken care of in the best possible manner. And being A full time main closer to make sure that all is prepared for the opening crew every day.
