Manager College View Apartments

Managed 152-unit apartment complex which consisted of a management and maintenance staff. Responsibilities included: receiving and posting rent, all phases of management, developed and maintained reports, approving applicants, maintain accounts payable, met the needs of the residents by upgrading the property where needed, coordinated a staff of four in a large community while also problem solving with residents.
