New Hampshire Banking Department - Worked directly for the Banking Commissioner drafting laws and regulations and testifying before Senate and House Committees; Reviewed bank applications and coordinated bank reviews.

Banking Compliance Consultant - Went through banks to review their policies and procedures as well as a sample of loan files to ensure it was in compliance with state and federal mandates meeting with President and Senior Officers to go through findings.

Securities Industry Broker Dealer Compliance - Partner in a company that developed policies, procedures, manuals and auditing for Broker Dealers licensed through FINRA.

Commercial Real Estate Lending - Developed a company to do commercial lending from personal funds and funds from accredited investors; Business development for a licensed HUD direct lender specializing in multifamily and health care facilities nationwide; Arranged financing for commercial real estate clients through Institutional sources.
