Daily ensured that equipment, manpower, labor and materials are available on site to carry out the work as per planned. Ensured with subcontractor the daily plans and work schedules are being followed and work execution is as per approved drawings and standard specifications.
Coordinated day to day activities with site engineers, monitored site accomplishment and proper work execution, ensuring high level quality of construction work and construction method of statements is being followed. Attended site inspection with Consultants and Dubai municipality engineer. Prepared weekly and monthly site accomplishment report. Collaborated with the construction team to refrain any hazard associated with the work that may adversely affects the safety or health of the workers.

Assists in preparation of BOQ for tendering.
As Civil Site Inspector
Attended site inspections and material inspections for civil structural works as per request by contractors Monitored activities on site ensuring the progress of work has been followed as per baseline. Reviewed Bill of Quantities submitted for monthly billing against site accomplishment and prepare Payment certificate. Reviewed and approved shop drawing submittals and materials submittals. Inspected and approved mock-ups on site prior to installation. Monitored and ensured that the housekeeping and safety on site is regularly observed and implemented. All materials used on site are thoroughly monitored as per approved, and ensured installations are done as per approved drawings and standards.
Conducted regular weekly meetings on site.
