The project is noted as a cradle to grave and includes management of finance package and purchase of all operational and acquisition of all equipment and FFE Inventory. Project schedule is slated for 42 months.

Project Highlights: Disaster Preservation and Restoration
Building shell was salvaged from the Missouri River flood however the entire interior and most utility ground up systems required engineering reviews and replacement.
The building contained 3 food venues and a large 18,000 square foot buffet, race and sports and 2 bars.
All areas were redesigned within 5 months with temporary food preparation and storage systems used to minimize loss of revenue.
The management team was enhanced by the Army Core of Engineers and included City-State and Federal municipal staffing as well as three insurance firms.
Saint Joseph Missouri 2018 / 2019. 18-million-dollar flood restoration of damaged ground support building. Building consists of 90,000 square feet. Entire building and its contents were severely damaged due to extensive river rise.
During the flood period, management duties included the coordination and supervision of the Army core of engineers who performed flood prevention including design and installation of a complete dike system and replaced 7 acres of parking lot surfaces including subbase.
The project brought life safety systems and rescue systems and expedited building and property preservation
services while uniting public and private forces together to restore 100% of the use of property services allowing
staff to resume work and clients to patronize and enjoy the Casino and its services.

Project Director responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and budget of the 4+ billion-dollar Resorts World Hotel Casino Resort in Las Vegas. Specifically oversaw the Design Process of the project including Interiors, Civil and Structural, Podium, and Casino, (3500+ Rooms) (Towers) along with Pool Deck, Water Features, Spas, Landscaping & underground, site works on the 89-acre site. Managed extensive team of personnel setting tone for success as well as delegating duties for team members to ensure the timely on budget completion of the project. Insurance OCIP Management as well management of OSHA and Scats safety programs staff for 1Program compliances.
Managed and coordinated 4+ billion-dollar Design Integration,Cost Analysis and Value engineering to ascertain Target Budget as well as Schedule and coordination of Permitting and day to day construction details for the Genting Corporation.
Provided leadership for project management function by managing, coordinating, and developing staff and third-party Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents.

The scope included all required engineering and shop drawings, mock-ups, permits required to satisfy the Clark County Building Department standards and code. The contract work exceeded 60 million dollars.
