Able to develop dealership business plan and departmental objectives.
Drive dealerships targets are achieved as per plan.

Monitor Sales process for customers who come in contact with any dealership staff have a pleasant experience - CUSTOMER RELATION.
Able to review various MIS reports and JD Power reports and takes necessary corrective actions.
Conduct weekly meetings for SSI or any other customer satisfaction scores
Keep in touch with customers and employees regularly to understand ground realities.
Able to create a "customer friendly" culture in the organization.
Have good contacts in the automobile industry { OEM }, Commercial establishments, Corporate clients and business circle.

Retail & Whole Sales Target.
Stock Control Inventory ageing / Fund management / Collection plan.
20 % conversion through Pre-owned vehicles exchange.
Finance Penetration 50 % & Insurance 85 %.
Extended Warranty 90 %.
Tata Finance 40 %.
SSI > 90 % through CRM.
Accessories 7500 Rs per car.
Review Business Plan, P & L on a quarterly basis with MD.
Approving all recruitments (below manager level)
Liaising with the Principles when required.
Will therefore be responsible for the Health of the Dealership and will be reporting to the concerned directors.
Overall Admin, Decisions on Discipline, Maintaining public relations, relations with key Government agencies.
To build a culture that is customer centric in the organization and also keep employees motivated with HR recruitment policy.
