Perform service calls, plan daily routes and load necessary materials in the service vehicle. Maintain tools and truck in a professional and clean state. Replace filters on reverse osmosis, inlet solenoid, pumps, 112v/220v motors, procom pumps and relays if damaged. Overhaul water softener controls when piston got damaged. Rebed resin in water softeners when they were needed. Schedule calls between business hours including bad weather and some holidays also working on-call for emergencies. Lifting 50lbs of bags of salt when filling water softener. Mechanically inclined with power tools, forklift and torch welding. Replaced water meters and able to read meter when working on commercial accounts. Complete all service calls in satisfactory manner. Interact with the customers in a polite, courteous and respectful manner even when faced with an unpleasant situation. Comply with companies that require (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment. All forms of payment received on the field were safeguarded until they were handed to office personnel.
