Hello,

My name is Carmen Kimble, and I am a lead Generation Specialist. I have been working in the Lead Generation, Industry for over 30 years, primarily as a sales manager specializing in bringing in revenue from existing client databases. At 18 I passed the California State, L# exam for Cosmetologist, I worked in this Industry for over 15 years, the 1st time A Client sat in my chair I knew I had 5 minutes to make them trust me. With only my hands and my skill, It was all I had, the bond had to be instant! Over the next 15 years, I became the “Communicator, the Counselor, the Confidant, of all my Clients. This experience, prepared me for the years ahead, where I would be working in “Lead Generation. My 15 years of working with the public, one on one, significantly trained me for my interactions on the phone with the public… I have worked as a sales manager for four different roofing companies, including Platinum Roofing and Best Value Roofing in Anaheim, as well as A-1 Roofing in Fountain Valley. Additionally, I was the Director of Sales, for Central Security Co. in San Marcos, Ca. And co-owned a large architectural firm and land development Co, and Construction Company, in Fresno, for ten years where we designed both planned communities as well as commercial developments. I grew up in Spain and can read, write, and speak Spanish fluently. With over 85 percent of Californians speaking either English or Spanish, this helps, tremendously when I am calling potential customers to sell them on a new roof or repairs, or Solar Systems, or any Co, I represent.

My goal is to provide you with quality leads for your Company, whatever the “venue”, may be. I do my best to qualify all leads, generating them by utilizing your existing database, or working, Call Lists, securing leads for your Business. I also follow up with previous customers to re-connect with them and develop new installations and repairs, or proposals, for new work, Showing your previous customers you care about the work you've done shows them that you are invested in them.

Which will in turn will cause them to invest in you with a good referral. This is a great way to make your business stand out in an industry where, traditionally, customer service is lacking. As I progress through your existing database, I will not only secure immediate sales, but also develop a pipeline of customers who indicate they are interested in services, but not at this time.

My job is not to speak to any of your customers regarding job specifics; all questions will be referred back to the company because YOU are the experts. I am dedicated to my company and promise to do everything with a high level of integrity; my business is built on that! And of course, I will always keep your company's best interest in mind when working with your customers, I have my own “ Non-Disclosure”, which at the time of hire, can signed by me, to protect all of our interests.

I am also willing to work as consultant for the company owner; many companies are not familiar with this process, and I can help to address some of the database issues that a lot, of companies often overlook. While I am calling customers, I can also take detailed notes on the conversations at the company's request. My basic work hours are typically 35, hours a week, Monday to Friday, I am open to other hours if needed. I am paid hourly, and a % on Install, or completion of a signed Contract, (I am open for discussing.) I work Remote, only, working from home. I have also worked for a “Senior Mortgage Specialist “, for the last 11 years, from home; I can provide a reference from her, also.

I am an independent Contractor, and I do not work for the company; I work with the owner to provide a service to the Company. I was an Agent for ADT developed Leads for them and Honeywell, Also developed Leads for "The Neptune Society, and the Trident Society, last year I provided Solar Leads for an ISR working for Sun run Solar, this year am working for another Solar Co, using Mojo a CRM, can call 800 numbers a day with Mojo. I love the Solar Industry, so engaging, and setting an appointment, is easy for me, I am not the Sales Rep, I am the (Door opener), to the Install! I can provide a reference from my current Employer.
