During my career, I have held sales positions, sales manager position and VP of Sales, which included generating leads, creating and meeting sales goals and recruiting, hiring, training and managing sales teams.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
My career experience includes handling customer concerns both over the phone and in person. I dealt with the end users as well as management who was using our products. Utilizing my skill sets of calmly listening to concerns and logically finding resolution that satisfied the concerned customers was part of my responsibilities.

My open, direct, instructional and motivational method of communicating resulted in loyal dedicated team members.
LEADERSHIP
Chairman of The Board of the Arizona Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society from 2003 until 2008.
Board Member and Member of the Executive Committee of the Scottsdale, Arizona Chamber of Commerce.
EXPERIENCE
I have been retired since 2018. I have over 40 years of experience in a variety of companies. My experience and skill sets should be considered for the positions that I am applying for.
