Analyze content and materials of new complaints. I am responsible for intake/assessing, investigating, conciliating and/or resolving complex, highly sensitive and difficult allegations of discrimination related to housing.
I have conducted systemic housing discrimination complaint investigations and I am responsible for interviewing complainants and witnesses to obtain evidence relevant to the allegation of discrimination. I also contact respondents to serve charges, explain respondent's rights and obligations under the law and conduct interviews to obtain evidence. I interview recipient officials, representatives, citizen groups, and others to obtain relevant information.

Communicated Fair Housing policies to both internal and external clients through memorandum, letters, telephone inquiry forms, and/or through oral communication; Developed an exceptional level of rapport and cooperation with the internal and external clients;
Utilized resources in conducting research and responded to questions directed to Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity employees, recipients, and other HUD program staff; accurately documented verbal responses on appropriate HUD forms;
