Work Experience
Senior Manager of the Data Integrity and Issues Resolutions team for DDI production systems and tools. Managed a cross functional team of developers to resolve production issues, develop data integrity validation tools to ensure integrity of data across multiple risk platforms. All but one person on my team was located in Gurgaon India. Provided analytical support of information to cross functional businesses, ADHOC extraction of data for model development and execution. Scheduled and conducted regular business updates with the Risk, Technologies, Capabilities and Marketing leaders. Supported all of the international and domestic markets managed within the GRMS database structures
Senior Manager of the Global Risk Management Systems Enhanced
(GRMSe) production development team. Managed a team of developers and a team of rule writers to support the U.S. Risk Marketing and Campaign Management groups in the execution of customer campaign marketing strategies. Supported over 100 production releases in 18 months. Managed the training and development of a new team of developers in Gurgaon India both onsite in Phoenix and continued training once team members returned home.
Participated as a content expert of cross functional task force to investigate the integrity of the data within the U.S. and Canadian Credit Bureau processes, Accounts Monitor, Global Risk Management Systems, and other downstream processes and to take appropriate action to correct or explain inconsistencies within data streams.
Lead a team of programmers in support of the Business Analysts during the testing and enhancements to GRMS and downstream systems such as CAS, WCC, and GRMSe. Developed ADHOC programs to support research and support of the production processes. Supported more than 29 markets within the GRMS structure, which contain all Risk data for our Consumer and Corporate customers. Provided support for conversions to GRMS/WCC rollouts.
