Beacon Management is proud to collaborate with Third Party Credit Education Companies. Our partnership allows us to provide you with a membership, to a company that will provide you with the education and tools needed for you to achieve over a 700 Credit Score by the end of your original program term or 3 years from your first payment, whichever occurs last. In order to qualify for a FREE, paid membership, at the time of enrollment into the Credit Education Program, you must:

• Have Completed 12 or more, successful monthly payments, depending on your program term, with Beacon Management. (This service is provided over the last 12 months of your program term.)

• If you have not met these criteria, you may sign up for a discount rate of $500, directly with the provider. Beacon Management Assurance

Beacon Management is confident in The Credit Education Process. And if you FULLY follow the Credit Education Process, you will have a 700 or higher credit score, on one or more of your credit bureaus, by the end of your original program term or 3 years from your first payment, whichever occurs last. If a 700 Score is not achieved and you have complied with the following, we will provide you with a check for a full refund of your Beacon Program. In order to receive the refund, as mentioned above, you are required to complete, follow and execute the following 6 simple steps: 1. Complete Your Entire Program with Beacon.

2. All Payments to Beacon, for your program, made within the month they are due. 3. Enroll and Link all bank accounts, in which bills are paid from, to Experian Boost. 4. Adhere to “Actions Required by You” as outlined in Section 3 of your Beacon Agreement. 5. Enroll Bank Account, you are making payments from, with Monthly Balance Verification (unless not supported). 6. Execute All Required Guidelines provided through the credit education company, including, but not limited to: o Opening 3 new credit cards which report to all three credit bureaus. o Maintain a utilization rate under 30%, for all of your credit card accounts o Maintain a current status on all bills not included in your Beacon Program, beginning the date of enrollment o Absolutely NO new negative information added to your credit report o All qualifying unsecured credit accounts must be enrolled in the program. If a Joint applicant, both client and co-client must complete all of the above in order to qualify for the assurance.
