Job RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop new data from photogrammetric records. Determines methods and procedures for establishing or reestablishing survey control. Keeps accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed.

Determine specifications for photographic equipment to be used for aerial photography. Develop criteria for survey methods and procedures. Maintain all instruments and instrument register as per Contract. Arrange for regular spot check on work and records. Conduct surveys to determine precise location and measurement of points, elevations, lines, area and contours for construction, map making and other purposes. Perform any other reasonable duties as required.

2. Position : Sr. Land Surveyor.

Project: New Doha International Airport, Emiri Royal Terminal CP-19. Doha Qatar. Company: CDC- Takenaka Joint Venture.

Job description: Survey, setting out the locations and Topography for civil, architectural, all MEP and Airport Special System Works.

Job RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal description of surveys in order to describe, certify and assume liability for work performed. Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements & calculations conducted at survey sites.

Determines longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, using Total Station and auto-levels.

Direct or conduct surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land Features.

Search legal records, survey records, and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed.

Coordinate findings with the engineers, clients, and others concerned with the projects. Adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy. Establish fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instruments. Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, Expert in MS-Office and Auto-cad.
