Inventory Control MANAGER (2011 to 2015)
Controlled over 340,000 units of inventory in 4 Distribution Centers and 11 Warehouses by working closely with Purchasing Department and Warehouse Supervisors to ensure accuracy of incoming and out bound freight and all aspects of daily operations.
Conducted daily cycle count analysis and incorporated findings by documenting errors and implementing proper procedures and training.
Established inventory control procedures such as proper receiving of inbound loads and consolidation of bin locations resulting in overall decrease of picking and loading discrepancies.
Achieved consecutive inventory variance levels of less than .05 on inventory valued at $300M+by establishing daily cycle counting procedures, proper training and accountability.
