• Managing a Team of 1 Stock Controller & 6 Assistant Stock Controllers

• Oversee Inventory Operations of Luxury Jewellery, Natural Pearls & Watches according to company guidelines

• Conduct Inventory audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk

• Perform inventory audits to ensure the correct number of items are in stock

• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, Audit, Transfers & WIP.

• Working closely with CFO, MIS and Accounts Manager at the time of Inventory Auditing

• Review of SOP with the objective of ensuring that the existing practices are in line with the defined SOP

• Surprise Auditing, perpetual inventory counting, and accuracy checks of all the showrooms, boutiques, and Workshops.

• Identifying and analyzing fast moving brands and reordering the revenue generated stock.

• Authenticate price policy of all the Branches.

• Complying stock & Sales reports of all the suppliers at the end of every month.

• Work with Accounts & Finance, Sales departments in all aspects of pricing and forecasting.

• In charge of NATURAL PEARLS purchases and its Inventory.

• Closely working with Chairmen & Vice Chairmen in Auction purchases exceptional Diamond, Pearl Jewellery, Watches & Antiques.

• Root cause analysis of issues and their resolution for the improvement of the process.

PURCHASE
