Objectives
As a hardworking and dependable individual with strong knowledge dealing with CSI within car dealerships as well as dealing with recalls and scheduling of recall appointments. I am currently searching for a position with a car dealership that I could grow with and be able to grow my knowledge.

I did CSI calls for the service department, calling daily customers that would come into for service to make sure they were satisfied with their service. I would call and make appointments for recalls and inform customers that they had a recalls, I also checked invoices for compliance issues.

I did CSI phone calls for Kia service department, I would call customers that would come in the following day to make sure they were satisfied with their service, I would call customers that were sent a survey, and I would call customers that had recalls to schedule an appointment as well. I did compliance check on invoices also.
