Faneuil is a third-party company that has many contracts the one I work for is for CCA in Massachusetts as a front office specialist who will be handling inbound inquiries related to account questions or issues, billing and payments as well as selecting correct health insurance. Still working with Faneuil under the same contract I moved to a back-office specialist who will be making outbound calls to members with the resolutions for their accounting, technical, bill/payments, speaking with Insurance providers to ensure the members are getting the appropriate coverage, price and correct time period.
Faneuil gave me the opportunity to become a front office specialist trainer who assisted oncoming front office agents with create or locating a member’s account, locating member’s coverage and eligibilities, finding the appropriate provider for the member that covers a particular provider, facility or prescription as the members may need it. Taught the trainees how to locate payments and billing information to provide to member at their request as well as how to re-send notices and billing information to member also at their request.
