Worked as a Project Engineer for two year (June 2015 to July 2017) in Neyveli Thermal and Solar Energy, Government of India, Tuticorin.

Currently working as an Engineer (Independent Renewable Energy Consultant) since September 2018 in multiple company tasks.

Main activities:

Met data analysis, Wind resource assessment, Optimization of wind, Thermal and Solar Farms Creating roughness and contours, Construction and Erection of HT, LT panels, Applying Uncertainties, Energy Calculation, Determining P50 and P75 values, Preparing reports. Professional Profile:

Data monitoring and Data validation of more than 100 met stations using windographer. Knowledge of determining r^2 value and to do correlation between masts to obtain long term data.

Obtained Tab (Frequency distribution file) and WTI (wind turbulence intensity) file from long term data.

Prepared contours and roughness for more than 30 sites across country and overseas. Gained an experience in wind resource assessment with WAsP (wind analysis and simulation program) package to estimate optimal wind farm layout. Basic knowledge of wake models (modified park model and eddy viscosity model). Did energy calculation by considering uncertainties, and estimated of AEP (P50 and P75). Prepared wind analysis report and pre-feasibility report for the wind farm for more than 7 sites across India.

Analyzing wind data and removing erroneous data from raw data. Performing correlations between met masts or ERRA Data. Generating Long term data based on correlation uncertainty. Generating tab files and turbulence intensity (WTI) files. Preparing roughness and contours (SRTM) from various open sources (WAsP and Wind farmer)

Creating NO GO Areas and Optimizing wind farm layout. Performing wind resource assessment using WAsP.

Performing energy calculation using wind farmer application. Determining P50, P75 and Annual energy prediction (AEP) Values. Preparing wind analysis report and pre-feasibility report for the wind farm. Personal Details:
