- Board member since 2005: Contributing to all strategic plans in the hospital

- Head of division of Endocrinology since 2007: acting as trainer of interns and residents. In charge of the development of the division.

- Member of the mortality – morbidity Committee since 2004. Auditing all complication and death cases in the hospital.

- Responsible of the obesity clinic from June 2008 to 2010. 2- Senior responsibility at the Lebanese Scientific society of Endocrinology and Lipids:

- Secretary of Lebanese Society of Endocrinology Diabetes and Lipids, from 2006 to 2010 in charge of organizing scientific meeting and annual congress.

- Member of the scientific committee of Congresses from 2006 to 2008.

- Secretary of Lebanese Society of Endocrinology Diabetes and Lipids from July 2010 to July 2014: in charge of organizing scientific meeting and annual congress.

- Member of the Ministry of Health Endocrinology committee from March 2019 to November 2021.

Attending as endocrinologist in Private Hospitals in Beirut in Sahel General Hospital since 1993 and Trad Hospital since 2004

- Member at the annual congress of the European Association for the study of diabetes (EASD) from 1998 to 2019.

- Participation at the American Diabetes Association from 2010 till 2011.

- Participation at the European Endocrine Society 2008 – 201*-****-****&2016

- Advisory Board for Jardiance 2016-2017

- Epidiar Study for Sanofi – Aventis.

Medical Education:

1981 – 1987: Medical Doctor at the UNIVERSITY of GENOA – ITALY. Internship in internal medicine, paediatrics, ob-gyn, general surgery. 1989 – 1991: Speciality in Endocrinology and Metabolism. (Honour List). Participation in researches with publication in medical reviews. 1989 – 1992: General practitioner and Endocrinologist duties at the University Hospital of Genoa.

1988 – 1992: Volunteer at the Italian Red Cross OPD as general practitioner and Endocrinologist.
