Ireland in Costa Dorada, Spain, one of the leading travel agencies in Europe and the whole world, as a sales, hotel and airport rep and as a travel guide. As part of my job I sold trips (especially to Barcelona), helped hotel guests with their problems and needs, held meetings. The job involved lot of public speaking, creativity to increase sales, working under pressure & negotiation with clients
