• Coordinating with Contracts Dept. for amendment of orders & for further contract details.

• Material Reconciliation:To check theoretical consumptionof steel,cement&other material supply free of cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess Consumption.

• Debit Note: - To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the Contractors as per recommendation from site.

• Parking of Bill in ERP system.

• Study the drawings & make the quality and procedure as per the standards and specification.

• Making the decisions at job site that suites the customs without crossing the standards.

• Day to day work completion updates on ERP

• Preparing weekly bills for labour contractors Advance Adjustment: - Adjusting Advances on pro data basis as per the contract terms & keeping the record of the same.

• Deduction of Retention / Hold of Amount for reconciliation: - Deduction of retention As per the contract terms and holding the amount from bills on account of reconciliation statement not submitted by vendor or for misc. balance work as per site instructions.

• Preparing Certificate of Payment (COP).

• Getting the Bill authorized and forwarding the same to accounts for payments.

• Quality as per power-grid (Ministry of Power) and Field quality assurances.
