HSE Functions and Responsabilities

• Lead the HSE area

• Plan and propose the HSE Objectives and Goals based on the Company's policies

• Plan, direct and control the implementation of the HSE Management System, evaluating its effectiveness and proposing continuous improvements.

• Ensure compliance with current regulations and standards related to HSE

• Promote, organize and coordinate HSE's preventive and proactive plans, programs and activities, supervising their proper development.

• Supervise the proper processing, analysis, recording and dissemination of HSE performance reports and reports.

Other Functions and Responsabilities

• Assume the responsibility on behalf of the General Manager and/or Operations Manager in their absence, with the Client, with the supervising governmental entities and with the Communities and their representatives.

• Lead and lead the mining operations and construction processes and their areas in the absence of the Operations Manager and/or Project Manager respectively.

• Represent on behalf the General Manager and/or Operations Manager for diverse requirements.

• Assume responsibility for the safety of people, facilities and assets of the Company in the absence of the Project Manager and/or Operations Manager.

AREAS OF PERFORMANCE

Mining: Open pit (gold, silver, lead, zinc, tantalum, copper), underground (gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc) and alluvial (gold, platinum) operations

Construction: Mining projects (massive earthworks, civil works, electromechanical assembly, pipe laying, construction and expansion of tailings dams, stabilization of slopes) and road infrastructure (roads, tracks, highways, bridges)

Fishing Industry: Industrial plants (flour, fish oil, canned and frozen), fishing boats and industrial shipyard

Consulting: Various economic and productive sectors

Airport: Extension and maintenance of runways

Oil and Gas: Electromechanical assembly (fuel tanks and pipes, various facilities installations), maintenance of fuel tanks and facilities.
