[ I took a gap year to travel Europe/ and explore the culinary arts in other countries. Once I studied the arts of other cultures and the style of other chefs, I returned home to pursue my goals.

1986 - 1988
In 1988 I received my certificate of completion, in the next 20 years I won notable awards in plating, style, and taste. My goal was to become a vegan chef. I focused on presentation, taste and nutrition. Along with my fellow colleagues, we sought out to bring flavor to the vegetable, with our skills and nutritional knowledge, we brought flavor and variety to tables around the world.
Many years I worked as a bartender /server/ host, because as I saw it, we are a team, and we are only as strong as our weakest link, so I purposely took on many roles as to see fit.
Olive Garden Server/Bartender
2019–2022
I am a professional server, but I am a team player, so my job entails many performances, once the customer is seated, I greet them, I offer a cocktail, or l up sell on many different olive garden products such as appetizers. After dinner, I drop candy on the table allowing the customer to peruse the dessert menu, or for specialty coffee. In closing the check is presented on the Ziosk or in paper form turned down, thanking the customer for allowing me to serve them, and enjoy the rest of their evening
SKILLS
I am very knowledgeable of wine, I am the number one sommelier wherever I work, i stock side stations, run food continuously, clean and organize. I speak 3 different languages, I am a problem solver, patient, kind, honest and loyal. I am never late, and I never recklessly abuse calling out of work. I am usually first in last out, whatever is needed to keep a strong professional team.
